Tell us about your experience with our site. JackHeyssel Created on January 27, I'm having difficulty with my built-in webcam on my Gateway NVP notebook. The webcam worked perfectly for about half a year, but now I can't open it, no matter what I try it seems impossible to fix.
I've been able to locate it in my Device Manager it was previously hidden , but now Windows is telling me that I need to "reconnect" it.
I haven't been able to find a way to do this. Maybe I'm just a complete moron when it comes to computers, but I can't find any helpful information or any sort of action panel in my Device Manager that allows me to reconnect the camera to the driver. Does anyone know how I may do this? Help would be greatly appreciated.
